9 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
11 1/2 teaspoon salt
12 1/2 cup (8 Tbsp; 113g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
13 1/2 cup (100g) packed light or dark brown sugar
14 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
15 2 large eggs, room temperature
16 1/2 cup (120g) plain yogurt or sour cream, at room temperature*
