I don't own a proofing basket and didn't want to invest until I knew if I wanted to bake sourdough more often, so I also liked that she provided alternative tool ideas. “I got the Peaches, Cream & Thyme Galette, Fig & Fennel Sourdough, Cape Spiced Sticky Bun and the Ham & Cheese Croissant. The fig and fennel sourdough is incredible, it's perfect for a cheese board and a grilled cheese. The galette was so flaky and delicious. The sticky bun wasn't overly sweet and was delicious.
