“I showed this bakery a clear photo of the cake I wanted, and what we got looked nothing like it. The frosting was messy, the writing was sloppy and didn’t even say BDay it said BD, and the top decorations were uneven and rushed. Even the side design looked cheap and nothing like the reference.
