6 ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
7 ½ teaspoon ground allspice
8 ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
9 ½ teaspoon table salt
10 3 large eggs (lightly beaten (room temperature preferred))
11 1 cup heavy cream
