3 1 teaspoon baking powder
4 1 teaspoon baking soda
5 1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
6 1/2 teaspoon allspice
7 1/2 teaspoon salt
8 3 large eggs, at room temperature
9 1 cup (226g/240ml) vegetable oil (or avocado oil)
10 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
11 1/2 cup (100g) packed light or dark brown sugar
12 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
13 1 and 1/2 cups (345g) mashed bananas (about 3 large ripe bananas)
14 one 8-ounce can (226g) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
15 16 ounces (452g) full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
16 1/2 cup (8 Tbsp; 113g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
17 4 cups (480g) confectioners’ sugar
18 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
19 pinch of salt, to taste
