7 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
8 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
9 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 6 Tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
11 1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk, cold*
