“A hidden gem, family own bakery. They supply to restaurants mostly but are very welcoming to walk-in customers. Met the owner and son today. Super friendly people. I asked for the "3/4 done bread". It has another italian name but I forgot already. (See pic). This bread is not on display as its usually made for restaurants. I was lucky they had a few available today. The sliced sourdough deli bread was well priced ($6) and made for a delicious tomato toast! Wish there was an even more sour version offered for us flavor maximalists.
