What Customers Say About Fan Fan Doughnuts
“Great donuts with a wide variety to select from. On my visit I ordered the brown butter salted caramel, the passion fruit curd donut, and the banana sticky bun. The passion curd itself is delicious with a light tartness. The ratio of curd to donut is off. There is only a small dollop of curd at the center of a rather normal sized donut. I was expecting it to be filled as well given the size.…” — Michael, 5/5 stars
“For a Tuesday, I was pleasantly surprised to purchase half a dozen of awesomely fresh, tasty, and soft doughnuts! A friend and I polished them off by nightfall! Thank you for elevating the donut and bringing some much needed talent to Bedford-Stuyvesant.” — Joe, 5/5 stars
“Had the guava and cheese donut which was very good. Seemed like a broad selection for different tastes. No indoor seating and limited outdoor bench space.” — Rovik Robert, 5/5 stars
“First time visiting. Stopped by at about noon, they had a rack of fresh donuts and I could smell more cooking in the back. The woman behind the counter was very sweet and explained the special flavors to me. I got the classic glazed, the choc choc, and the vanilla diplomat cream. All three were absolutely delicious. They use real vanilla bean - you can see the little speckles, and you can taste…” — Arava Greene, 5/5 stars
“We had the blackcurrant raspberry and white chocolate donuts. The frosting is good, not too sweet. I wasn't a fan of the texture though. I felt it was more like a bagel than a donut and the ratio of frosting to donut wasn't great (too much donut). I cut it in half width wise like a bagel and ate the top half which helped” — Garvin, 3/5 stars
