“First of all - the cookies are really yummy. JUST crispy all around, but still moist (without being undercooked) in the middle. They are decorated well, too. Second: the ladies at the Baton Rouge store are SO nice. I placed an order online (for Valentine’s Day) and arrived to pick it up. “Paid a lot for a birthday Cookie Bouquet and they put (huge) cookies in the basket with someone else’s name. My husband’s name is not Chris and he’s not 30.
