“Came in to New York City again for some adventure with the family looking for new exciting places to eat and find anything that stood out And on our travel to China Town we stumbled upon chip City which we didn't t know existed until we found it. We came in at 11 PM on a Sunday night, and even that late, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond for us.
