“Visited upon a recommendation from a fellow sourdough baker. We made it later in the afternoon so didn’t get the boring freshness but our cookies and cinnamon roll were tasty! They were friendly and willing to answer my many questions about the flour they use and what the differences between them were. It’s off the beaten path but most good things are! “The maple pecan scones was a treat and the service was quite friendly. I bought some low gluten flour and am looking forward to using it for biscuits and pie crusts. “Cutest little bakery in the country, EVER! I could have just sat there forever, just to soak it all in. As I sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee, I was loved on by the resident kitty, I watched all the baked goods disappear by local folks.
