“Highly highly recommended! After going in with no clue what we wanted, the helpful employees gave us samples and combinations of bagels and cream cheese that works well. Dakota, our lovely bagel maker, made us some amazing bagels including a pretzel bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese, that reminded us of sushi. “Everyone is ultra-nice in here, I felt very comfy. I had tea at a reasonable price. Service was great, plus the place is spacious! My one qualm is the men's room, although very clean, the toilet wasn't working and the paper towel dispenser wasn't dispensing paper towels. “I bought a Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, and was given a hot pepper beagle to try (this one for free). All beagles were fresh and tasty. They are medium in size and a fair price for what you get. “I was in Burlington on business and the two locals in front of me all got a friendly hello, and their order taken immediately. When it came to my turn to order I was ignored for about 5-10 minutes and the person behind me (whom the bagel person recognized and knew their name) had their order taken before mine.
