“Surprise discovery in East Nashville and I am obsessed! They also have a location in West, but I have not been there. Their pastries are delicious and their employees are so great. They do seasonal/monthly special creations that switches up the menu and gives more items to try. Recommend ordering ahead because they sell out quickly. “Literally the best chocolate croissant I have ever had in the US—and I’m comparing to even places like NYC, SF, etc.. It’s nice and flakey and really like the touch of salt they put on top to add flavor. However, there was one time around 2022 when we ordered a box of assorted pastries and it was terrible for some reason—seemed like we got prior day’s batch rather than that day.
