“Breadsmith in Springfield, MO is such a disappointment after enjoying the cinnamon swirl in Appleton, WI. They clearly are NOT all created equal. It must depend on who is doing the baking. “Stopped by on a random Tuesday morning to see fresh inventory. I didn't need a whole loaf so I was really happy there were small rolls to try. It was about 9:00 a.m. and it was not busy at all.
