“Black Cat went above and beyond for us. I wanted a vinarterta (an Islandic dessert) for my moms 80th birthday. Black Cat had never made one, or even heard of it before. They were the only ones willing to take it on! I gave them a recipe and they made it for me! It turned out wonderful and they saved me a trip to Canada (which was the closest place that made them).
